itworks Posted January 25, 2003 Share Posted January 25, 2003 hi, i've downloaded and installed osCommerce v2.2 and it worked ok. now i've tried to create a new customers account and i it went ok till the last step, all that appears is a blank page?! the account is created but shouldn't a congratulations or something page appear instead of a blank one? this also happens in the admin area when i see an order and change it to precessing or delivered, it records the action but all i get is a blank page. why? Guest Posted January 26, 2003 Share Posted January 26, 2003 I have almost the same problem. Because I've installed OS soon nobody knows about it's existence. Stiil when I want to acces admin section - via web browser - all I see is a blank page. The store works fine. That thing happen 5 times untill now and all I could do is to install again the whole store. Because I was at the begining I didn' lose to much data...but if this is happenning after hundred of products are introduced in datebase? I worked in vain :oops: . So, there is no pleasure to work every day at the same thing and after couple of hours your work is lost. Any ideea what generate this problem? Is there a bug in 2.2 (24-01-2003 snapshot) version?
