catherine2009
I’m having trouble when I enter in the weight of products. I know they have to be the same in terms of KG/Grams. How would I enter in 10 kg and 5 grams? – I’ve tried 10000 and .005 and it’s not accepting the .005. Does anyone know how to fix this?

The products_weight field in the table products is defined as 5,2. If I remember correctly that means the field does not have more than 5 numbers so 999.99 would be the biggest number it can contain. So either you add more numbers like 6,3 to get 999.999 as the biggest number or 6,2 to go to 9999.99 etcetera.
Guest
If you change it to 6,3 in phpmyadmin as Jan suggested or to 5,3 you can use 10 for 10kg .005 for 5 grams 10.005 for 10 kg and 5 grams.

Thank you for your answer, where will I find the 'phpmyadmin' section to change it to 5,3? The main sections I have are Configuration, Catalog, Modules, Customers, Locations/taxess, Localization, Reports, Tools and Content. Thanks again in advance. Thanks again in advance. phpmyadmin is in your hosting control panel. If your using cPanel it will be in the database section. Note - I'm not a user (yet) of osCommerce, just thinking about it and browsing, so if osCommerce has a direct link to phpmyadmin, my apologies and no doubt someone will correct this.
