map Posted January 5, 2009 Share Posted January 5, 2009 My website was recently hacked into and exploited so my server disabled it. I had to rebuild the website in a new directory on the same server. For my osCommerce app I simply uploaded my old files to the new directory. It worked fine using the old database, with the exception that I've just received a payment via PayPal (the only payment method I use) from a customer, but I received no email notification of the order. I went into my Admin and I see that he is registered but there is no record of his order. He must have been able to go through the checkout or I wouldn't have received the payment. I suspect the problem lies in the fact that I had to move all the files, however I didn't change anything. I just uploaded from my back-up, and as mentioned, it is the original database. Does anyone have any ideas how I can fix this? I've had to write to him to ask him what he ordered. (Hardly professional) Thanks! Mary Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

You can install the contribution unsoldcart until you can complete the order...the unsoldcart will show you any uncompleted carts...Just go into the contribution section and do a search on unsoldcart...It is easy to install...remember to make a complete backup before... I just tested it by having them send me a cheque but now I realize that I have another problem. I just transferred my whole website from one directory to another on the same server and now all the Store pages seem to work except the ones that require the database.
