Please can anybody tell me how I can customise ALL of the EMails the OSC sends to the customers, eg when an order has been placed. I maybee would like to use HTML code in them, is this possible? The admin sends several....but just like the catalog you will find the details in the language file that corresponds to the root file. Poke around ...you'll find them. I attempted to find these files in order to change the e-mails that are automatically sent out but could not find either the files or relevant text to change. Where are the files located with that produce the text for the order sonfirmation e-mails and the account creation e-mails? Thank you for your time.
