vincen Posted January 3, 2009 Share Posted January 3, 2009 Hi, I have following problem and I don't find a solution for it :-( My shop is located in France, so I sell with VAT to french residents and european end-users. But if people are outside Euro area or european professional, I'm supposed to sell without VAT and ask VAT number of customer if euro one. How to manage the with or without VAT system ? as for example someone that is in UK can buy with or without VAT depending if it's an end user or a professional ! GemRock Posted January 3, 2009 Share Posted January 3, 2009 you do this in admin - tax zones. Set up a vat zone called for example EU VAT, then you add all the EU countries to that zone. Details may vary slightly from shop to shop.
