Guest Posted January 3, 2009 Share Posted January 3, 2009 Here is a good and stupid one.... I ran some test transactions, since a customer had trouble checking out. In the process of deleting these, I deleted a live order in my administration order history. The order is still in the data base but the order_status_history is gone. Is there a way to recover this? The nice thing is that I installed a great contribution in the process. "Recover Cart Sales' is great, but does not help me here. Thanks in advance. Ken Ken, I just deleted the order in my administration control panel. I have a record of the order in my emails and from the cc-processor. I would like to fine an easy way to have the order re appear in my control panel, since it is on hold for spring shipment. The order still exists in my SOL but since I deleted it the order_status_history is messed up. I have till spring I am sure I will eventually get it back into the control panel. Asit is in the sql db, can you go in and manually enter a record to put in back to the right status?
