Having problems with images

Frozenpine

Recommended Posts

Hello there!

I'm a real newby in OSC, and I have a problem that i hope someone can explain me why and maybe how to fix it :)

Ok, so i create a new product, i add an image, no problem (well sometimes it doesn't upload, but i think you have to be carefull about the name you give to the image) the problem is that i can't see the images online when i'm logged into windows. If i'm logged in linux it's no problem, but every browser i try in windows...no image!

If you can, please check it out www.frozenpine.com/shop , it's still with the OSC template and all, just check if you can see a pine like tree logo on your left.

Thank you in advance,

greets,

Nuno

If I access the image file directly with my browser, all I get is a X

That suggests to me that the image file is corrupt.

If I suggest you edit any file(s) make a backup first - I'm not perfect and neither are you.

Î had the same problem with the colour issue too...it's supposed to be blueish!

I guess it's some kind of problem with my image editor...i'll try to export it again.

Thanks for the replies people.

When you are makeing pictures check that you have right color profile and your proof setup is in rgb-mode. Then you see your picture in right colours.

Photoshop:

- Color profile: Edit -> Convert to profile -> Destination profile sRGB

- Proof setup: View -> any RGB setup.
