onedownfiveup Posted January 2, 2009 Share Posted January 2, 2009 How do I fix that. You know where they have three columns Product Price and Buy Instead of Price it says Price+ Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
germ Posted January 2, 2009 Share Posted January 2, 2009 Click it and it turns to Price- It's a link that tells you it's sorting ascendingly by price. Click Product Name to the left of it (changes the sort to sort by product name) and it will act the same way. ;) If I suggest you edit any file(s) make a backup first - I'm not perfect and neither are you. germ Posted January 2, 2009 Share Posted January 2, 2009 /includes/functions/general.php Find this code: //// // Return table heading with sorting capabilities function tep_create_sort_heading($sortby, $colnum, $heading) { global $PHP_SELF; $sort_prefix = ''; $sort_suffix = ''; if ($sortby) { $sort_prefix = '<a href="' . tep_href_link(basename($PHP_SELF), tep_get_all_get_params(array('page', 'info', 'sort')) . 'page=1&sort=' . $colnum . ($sortby == $colnum . 'a' ? 'd' : 'a')) . '" title="' . tep_output_string(TEXT_SORT_PRODUCTS . ($sortby == $colnum . 'd' || substr($sortby, 0, 1) != $colnum ? TEXT_ASCENDINGLY : TEXT_DESCENDINGLY) . TEXT_BY . $heading) . '" class="productListing-heading">'; $sort_suffix = (substr($sortby, 0, 1) == $colnum ? (substr($sortby, 1, 1) == 'a' ? '+' : '-') : '') . '</a>'; } return $sort_prefix . $heading . $sort_suffix; } Probably by changing this line: $sort_suffix = (substr($sortby, 0, 1) == $colnum ? (substr($sortby, 1, 1) == 'a' ? '+' : '-') : '') . '</a>'; to $sort_suffix = (substr($sortby, 0, 1) == $colnum ? (substr($sortby, 1, 1) == 'a' ? '' : '') : '') . '</a>'; BACKUP THE FILE BEFORE EDITING. I haven't tried this, it just looks like the right thing to me. If I suggest you edit any file(s) make a backup first - I'm not perfect and neither are you.
