artcriminals Posted December 31, 2008 Share Posted December 31, 2008 Hello all, I am in the process of developing a heavily modified OS COMMERCE site. Most of my efforts to have been on the frontside, altering graphics..placement...etc etc. I received an email today from my host telling me that the database where my catalog is located, is going to be migrated elsewhere. I have no products or customers as of yet. What do I need to do to get the current front end of my catalog, pointed at the new database location? Any help would be greatly appreciated. They should be able to answer that question for sure though. I was panicked that the front end would no longer be able to communicate to the database for some reason... ( wondering if any PHP code needed to be changed and things like that) Heres hoping.
