Customers and orders details are not shown in main page of Administration

I've just uploaded my store to web hosting. But I don't see any customers and orders details after I've login to Adminstration. In my local machine, when I click "Adminstration" on the left hand corner, it will show a table with customer and order details. But now I don't see it after I've uploaded my store to web hosting. Did I miss any setting? Please help. Thanks in advance.

Are there any orders on your live database?

 

Did you change the settings in both configuration files, shop and admin configure.php to point to the live db?

Did you change the settings in both configuration files, shop and admin configure.php to point to the live db?

Yes I'm pretty sure there are some orders at the live shop because when I go to "Customer -> Order", I can see the orders.
