Menu does not show when editing configure options

hi,

 

I have just installed a new download of the RC 2.2a and I run into a problem

 

Logged in on the Admin site of the store:

 

when I want to update MyStore setting on the [Country] I can click [EDIT] but the menu to make the change does not show.

 

When I want to change the [store Name] I click [EDIT] and it says (Please make any necessary changes) and so it works fine!

 

This problem also shows on other menus in the admin pane

 

What could be the problem.
