It works fine on my development machine but when I edit anything in the modules Payment or Shipping it cuts off the first 4 characters. For example if I submit "testing" as the user id in the authoriznet module I'll end up with just "ing" same for everthing else, that's just an example. It does it to every field in every module. I've found that it happens on multiple modules, e.g. payment module cuts off "Fals" and only inputs the "e" to the database when disabling COD payment option. It also does it as well to product option titles in the "Product Attibutes" section. My thoughts are that it has to be something that ties them all together and is used globally across the admin area. Hopefully one of the team members will have an idea. Just out of curiosity, do you happen to have a problem removing items from the cart that have an option? I posted a thread on the same day as you posted this one. Another question strikes me, what snapshot did you use to make this install?
