My website www.nontando.com I have had customers registered in the past, and I have been getting an email to my host address notifying me of the nre customer. Unfortunately, my last customer that registered, also placed an order (my first order). I "did not" get an email re. customer reg or the order. I just went to my admin and their is no record of the order (teh customer record is there). However, the whole order went thru as the customer ended paying thru paypal (I see the payment history in Paypal). I also did not get a email confirm from Paypal re. payment? My guess, is that the oribkem lies with admin and probably my config setup? I am also obviusly worried why the order did not record. One thing I noticed which worries me (the customer has to log on to buy) is that for this customer it does not indicate any logins on the customer record in admin Any advice will be much appreciated Gary Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
