Lost Password..

Hello I lost the password for my admin account.. I think user name is wrong too, how do I retrieve it?

 

I went into the DB and the password is encrypted so I cannot find it.. I know the user though

 

I tried to create a new account so I could just copy that encryption to get the old pass but no avail..
