rose.water Posted December 20, 2008 Share Posted December 20, 2008 (edited) When i receive an order sometimes there's no record on the website for the order- just the PayPal payment with the amount, and i have no idea what exactly they ordered?! I am using this addon: UPC(Universal Payment Connector) DIRECT for PayPal Websites Payment Pro Version: 3.0 Any idea of what I should do? It should be set to yoursite/shopfolder/checkout_success.php. Once the order is made the customer needs to return to your site for the order to be received through the cart otherwise you only get the payment but not the order. rose.water Posted December 21, 2008 Author Share Posted December 21, 2008 (edited) We are only using paypal right now, and I need to add a message on the the final step before payment with paypal to remind the customers to click "Return to our site", because if they don't, it's not listed in orders. Related to that problem, is there a way to setup paypal to where the order is guaranteed to come through?
