1054 warning, whole site gone..

Hi, I changed the manufacturer section to Artists, I made new tables in the database identical to the Manufacturer tables, and changed the datbase php files, and all php file with manufacturer code in them to artists. But anyway the warning I got is

 

1054 - Unknown column 'artists_id' in 'field list'

 

select artists_id, artists_name from artists order by artists_name

 

[TEP STOP]

 

it doesn't seem to be reading the artist_id table well.. don't know why exactly ..
