greree
Or am I just doing something wrong? I'm using current snapshot. When the customer chooses to pay with a check or money order, and they go to the Order Conformation page, at the bottom in the "Payment Information" section, it says, "Make Payable To:" and then there's no name. Below that is "Send To:", and then the address of my store. Shouldn't there be a name to make payable to?
rseigel
Have you set up the name in the admin panel? It's probably blank right now.
greree
Everything's filled out. That's one of the first things I checked. I also downloaded today's snapshot and set it up without any of my modifications. I get the same problem.
greree
Never mind. You were right, Ron. This snapshot is different than earlier versions. There's a fill in the blank in the Check/Money Order section that let's you set the make payable to. Sorry.

greree
Now I'm getting another error. When I fill in the blank, Payment Information says, "Make payable to: Acme Widgets, Inc." Where did " " come from?
rseigel
If memory serves me correctly (and it doesn't always  ) this was fixed in the CVS. I take it your not using the latest and greatest?
greree
I'm using 20030122, and I still see the problem. I just figured out that if you put a space before the name when you fill in the blank the goes away, so it's no big problem. I'll get a later version when it comes out. Thanks for the help. greree
I guess so. This isn't a Microsoft product, so we can't call it a feature. :D
