Help please! The appearance of admin area doesn't look how it should

Hi everyone

Hope you can help. I'm new to this but I desperately need some help. I installed in OScommerece with no problems but the admin area doesn't look how it should, it just text and images are shown as x's.

Sorry if I haven't explained very well, hope you know what I mean!
