ktaylor Posted December 16, 2008 Share Posted December 16, 2008 I have something weird going on with only one of my sites and only one of my computers! I can log into the admin area and I can get to the next screen, but when I try to open any of the subcategories my computers just spools and eventually the page times out. For instance, I can successfully click through the link for the catalog, but if I click on a product category it won't load. I can click through to Tools, but the file manager won't load. The store is running fine. Begin weirdness... I can move around the admin section for this site without any problems on my laptop, so at first I thought it must be a connection problem or a security setting on my PC. BUT, the spooling problem only occurs with this site. I have no problems on my PC with 3 other sites. One possible clue... our webhost moved the store to a new server not long ago (without telling us). I only found out when the store stopped working. Still, the admin works on my laptop???
