Instant Discount When Account Created - possible?

I am looking to be able to apply a discount to prices shown when the customer creates an account. I would prefer the discount to be like others available, where the prices shown when logged in show the discount already applied.

 

However I dont want to have to flag the custmer or add to a group I would like the discount to be added automatically to every customer when they create there account.

 

Is there such a contribution or an easy way of doing this?

Failing the above, if i use the contribution that gives a discount to a select group, is there a way of having all accounts that are created, to be automatically assigned to the chosen group?
