Admin page error messages

I am running on a fasthost server, to get my email to work they upgraded my server last night and now it works fine, however, I now have error messges in my admin page as follows which were not there before. I go to my normal webpage and then go to my admin page:

 

1. On the the admin/catalog page through my website I get the following error message at the top but all the pages work okay:

 

Error: Catalog images directory does not exist: //nas32ent/domains/j/just-keyrings.co.uk/user/htdocs/images/

 

 

2. On the admin/tools page I get the following error message:

 

Error: Backup directory does not exist. Please set this in configure.php.

 

3. On tools/file cache I get the following error message:

 

Error: Cache directory does not exist. Please set this Configuration->Cache.

 

4. On tools/file manager I get the following error message and cannot access any files through file manager:

File Manager

//nas32ent/domains/j/just-keyrings.co.uk/user/htdocs/

 

Can anyone give me EXACT instructions on how to correct or remove these error messages

 

My website works fine though
