New Sub Menu

My boss wants me to put another sub menu. I've explored the codes that I think I have to modify, but I cant see the changes at all. I tried to make the changes at menu.php file and I'd already created the file to be included for the sub-menu.

 

How would I put one? What are the specific files that I have to change? I want to code it on my own so I will learn.

My boss wants to put the sub-menu under the "about us". The sub-menu will look like the ones under the "Philippines" parent menu.
