Shipping by Weight miss-calculation

Recommended Posts

I have set-up my shipping method to be by weight. I put every item to 2.0 lbs, and in the admin for the shipping module I set this item to true and typed in the amount I wanted per weight. I set it up so that 2 lbs starts at 6.00 and goes up 2 dollars for every 2 lbs. I have done tests to check everything, and the shipping cost is coming up as 10.00 dollars with one item which is 2 lbs, and 12 dollars for 2 items which would be 4 lbs. This is not what I have entered and is not what is on the admin page. Does anyone know if there is a known glitch?-- Please let me know if anyone knows anything!

Thanks!

No problem.

Wouldn't it be nice if the distributed code was set up without these gotchas.
