I am having some problems with my login page.

 

How I do change to order of check out procedure.

 

My Check out/login page shows that

 

1-Returning Customers which requires USERID

2-New Customers which requires fill the forms to get user ID

AND

3-Purchase without Login--- i am using FEC AND PAYPAL

 

I just want to change this order and I want to get ' Purchase without login ' comes first in the order to proceed to the order quickly.

 

I am not going to change to procedure of my check out thing. I want to change order of these things

 

Which file I should need to modify to apply that ? And how I can do it ?
