Trouble with PWA.2.OH

Recommended Posts

Hi

I tried to find help in the topics but could not find any

I have PWA.2.OH installed and I use a secure payment option outside my website.

For your reference this is the add on for my payments http://addons.oscommerce.com/info/6135

When clients take the by-pass registration, they carry on submitting their delivery address and then they are taken to this secure page for their credit card details. They are debited for the right amount. After that they are taken back to my website confirming that they have finalised their purchase.

The problem is their invoice and my order administration does not show the product bought and only shows the shipping charge.

I do not have this problem when they go through the registered process

Any help would be highly appreciated thanks.

Cheers Frans

Please please anybody out there who can point me in the right direction??

My client is not very impressed with me.

Cheers Frans

I am not familiar with the contribution you are using. PM the author of the contribution. It appears products purchased are not being properly parsed after the order is complete. There could be several reasons for this.

Thank you for that. What to do ??? I think that whole bypass registration is silly. Because they still have to provide name and address etc. Which is the same info for the registration. Plus it gets stored in the database anyway.

my sentiments too, it seems pointless.
