Meaning, if the customer wants standard priority on his package then it's $15.46 or if they want flat rate priority it's $12.95. Or if they are ordering from Florida and the business is in South Alabama, then they know the product will be there next day with UPS it'd be $13.49 I'm sure you can see what I'm getting at.
