HowellJ
I've been pulling my hair out looking for an answer as to why I'm getting "Internal Error (10001)" when running wpp_diagnostics. It turns out, atleast in my situation, the wpp code sends the email address that's posted in the store catalog. This is different from the PayPal account we're using. Matching the store email address to the paypal account resolved the error in the diagnostics.

technoczech
Ditto - thanks for posting it! More specifically, for anyone else who finds this thread: 1. Login to your oscommerce admin 2. Go to Configuration > My Store 3. Change the field labeled "E-Mail Address" to match the email address of the seller's (or Business) test account that you set up in the Paypal sandbox
erihp44
this fix worked for me to get the WPP module's diagnostic to pass where it previously failed giving error 10001. Thanks!
