Files disappeared

Hello:

I am having a big problem with my oscommerce. I have been with oscommerce since 2003, and this is the first time that I have a big problem. When I want to make a backup it says: Error backup directory does not exist.

This directory is there, and all the backups that i have made are in. But my web page does not see them.

This problem ocurr also with the modules. I do not have any module, and nobody can make an order.

Please, I need help

check the folder permisions / owners/groups and make sure your webserver can access them. Note what they are and try to change to 755 / 777 and test if it is working.

I have now oscommerce2.2-MS2.

And my webhost have change the php to the version 4.3.9(zend:1.3.0), and mysql to 4.1.22

But they did it two month ago, and until last week, everything seems to work fine.

I also have this error when I look for the pending orders, and is empty.

I only can chage the files permissions, but not the owners/groups permissions

I have change all the permissions, and it does not work
