Problem with discounted items price

I have several problems with discounted article prices.

 

Tax is 22 %.

In Product catalogue item is with price 98,3607 x 22% which is 120,00 for full price

The same item is listed under Specials with price 98,3607 and discounted price is 56,56 (these are without tax)

 

now I will describe how it is displayed for customers

 

1. When you find this item under their own category, that item in listing is : full price (with strike through) has value 120,00 and discounted price is 56,56 (should be 69,00). What is wrong here is that discounted price should be with included tax and should be displaying 69,00

 

Then when you click on details for that item, now there is value 69,00 with strike through and the other value is 120,00. What is wrong here is that 120,00 shoule be striked through as 69,00 is discounted price

 

2. When you find the same item under Specials, value 120,00 is triked through which is OK, but the other one is 56,56 (it should be 69,00 with tax).

 

Then when you click on details for that item, it is the same as in 1.

 

How can I fix this, which files should I look for and where in there.
