am sorry an not going to answer your question as am also a starter with oscommerce.

but i would like to ask you which version of oscommere you are using ?

as am looking for a shopping cart like yours ( i mean i want to remove the shooping cart box from the right menu and show only the number of items the user put in his cart)

if you can help me with that or send me the bit of code you are using for the shopping cart section it will be great
