HI I have tried on both my local and remote server to load my os "software" through the install instructions, i installed it to the root folder and a sub folder, of which neither worked, i even set up a mock index page, to ensure it wasn't a hosting issue... please help, will be glad to have to view my cpanel...

webname... montanawesterbaby.com

i get this message- Oops! This page appears to be missing.

HTTP 404 - File not found.

...by the way in looking through the files- i do not see the "install" file in the uploaded files???

I have a template that I have not finished slicing in photoshop yet... so it has not been added yet as an html page, the " mock" page was just a simple starter page I used from dreamweaver to give it an index page...do i need a blank page to call for the oscommerce data??? shouldn't right???

Don't remember that being part of the install guide.

Download osc from the blue solutions tab at the the top of the page, get rid of the files on your website, unzip the download, ftp the unzipped files to the website, then follow the install guide.
