THROW EM OUT contrib error with php5

Hello and HELP!!!!

 

I had the contrib Throw Em Out working like a charm on php 4 till the server switched to php 5, mysql 5 and now the problem is this :

 

Warning: fopen(http://www.****.com./includes/blocked.txt) [function.fopen]: failed to open stream: HTTP request failed! HTTP/1.1 404 Not Found in /web/**/**/*/**/**/public/www/includes/check_ip.php on line 11

 

Line 11 is :$fp_in = fopen ('http://www.****.com./includes/blocked.txt',"r");

 

 

Warning: fgetcsv() expects parameter 1 to be resource, boolean given in /web/**/**/*/**/**/public/www/includes/check_ip.php on line 13

 

Line 13 is :while ($data = fgetcsv ($fp_in, 1000, ",")) {

 

Does anyone have an idea?

likely the allow_url_fopen has been turn OFF (talk to your host for this). you could also try to use absolute address.
