BOX_INFORMATION Not Calling Correct Title

I am trying to add new pages to my site and am really close right ow. I have my navigation calling the correct page, but not the correct title information for my link.

 

BOX_INFORMATION_COMPANY_PROFILE shows up instead of, "Company Profile". I know I'm really close now. I just need to call the correct name from my company_profile.php which I think is set.

 

define('NAVBAR_TITLE', 'Company Profile');
define('HEADING_TITLE', 'Company Profile');

 

The page is calling the correct title information, but my information.php is not.
