How do I fix a missing price and title?

Hi, for some reason my product title and the price are not showing up on my individual product page. They show on the main page and the categories page but when you click on the individual item they are not there. My oscommerce is supercharged by someone else and they couldn't help me. I am just wondering if there is a way to fix this. Thanks for your help.

You are!

Do you have FTP?

IF so connect to your web site and go to

catalog (if there is one) otherwise just

product_info.php you should see a list of files, this will be one of them.

Download it to your desktop, open it, select all and then paste it here using the code box (will be on your menu when writing your post)

If you do not have FTP you can do the same thing via your web site control panel file manager.

Sounds scary and complicated but its pretty OK !!!!
