Num85 Posted December 3, 2008 Share Posted December 3, 2008 I recently moved host and transferred all my files/databases over using the cpanel backup files. My old host had set a username/account name for me which was being used by the database and oscommerce system. When I changed host the new host set a new account username for me. When I restored the backups cpanel overides the username and the name for the database, this now no longer connects due to wrong database name/username as it changed automaticaly.
