I didn't put this in the cart and I have no idea where it came from and I certainly don't want it there. Perhaps default? In any case I can't find anyplace to delete it. Any suggestions? In your admin, go to modules, then order total, under the shipping option you probable have that set there to $50 and the allow free shipping set to true.
