Shipping cost - by weight & post code

Currently I have to manually work out the freight costs via excel.

 

I have to enter the post code into a website which tells me which zone it is in.

eg. 3023 = Vic1

 

Then I have to enter the amount of Kg's the item weighs into the Vic 1 and it works it out.

I want this in a shipping modual when a customer puts in the post code it works out the zone

 

If i cant do it myself...

is there someone who can do it? if so how much is it to do and implament?
