Fatal error:

Hi Kamaal,

This sounds like a similar problem to one that I had. Another user directed me to this thread. As a side note, a search of the forums using the key words "fatal error" turns up a lot of results. I'd recommend searching for answers before asking so people don't feel like they have to answer the same questions over and over.

Eric

If you created a backup of your files, which you should do regularly, prior to the fatal error, use that to replace the affected file or files.

If you don't have a backup...

Option 1: Your webhost creates backups. Ask them, if you could have a backup of your site on a certain date -most likely prior to the fatal error.

Option 2: If you did not modify the file(s) affected, you can use a fresh copy of that file by downloading oscommerce (version that applies to you) and extracting the file(s) you need.
