Basket / Checkout Problems (Add a product to basket but 2 other product appear in the checkout)

Hello there,

 

I moved my store to Heart Internet few months ago and I thought my store was working OK. Until few days ago, I noticed there was a serious problem.

 

The problem is that when I add a product to the basket then checkout I do not see the product I added but instead I see other 2 products instead. And those 2 products were the products I never added to the basket before. So I thought let me create another dummy account and try the same process and surprisingly the same problems occur. Even worse, the same 2 other products appear in the basket.

 

Have anyone experience this before or seen this kind of problems on this forum then please help. Thank you very much
