No Order in Admin

I have uploaded my site repeatedly and everything is where its supposed to be. The problem is when I try to place a test order. I get all the way to the checkout confirmation page and when I click the confirm order button, I get an error:

1062 - Duplicate entry '0' for key 1

insert into orders (customers_id, customers_name, customers_company, customers_street_address, customers_suburb, customers_city, customers_postcode, customers_state, customers_country, customers_telephone, customers_email_address, customers_address_format_id, delivery_name, delivery_company, delivery_street_address, delivery_suburb, delivery_city, delivery_postcode, delivery_state, delivery_country, delivery_address_format_id, billing_name, billing_company, billing_street_address, billing_suburb, billing_city, billing_postcode, billing_state, billing_country, billing_address_format_id, payment_method, cc_type, cc_owner, cc_number, cc_expires, date_purchased, orders_status, currency, currency_value) values ('91',

I also had a customer place an order last night and he paid with PayPal Express. The order is not showing in the admin section and he was affraid he had been ripped off. His account is there but no order. What could be causing this? I also checked the database and his order is not there either.

I'm having the same problem too. If someone replys to this post I would love to hear it. I just had someone pay with paypal and I got an email confirmation but nothing in the admin tool so I have no idea what was purchased. Slight problem!

Thanks in advance!

Have you upgraded or moved your site latley? I figured out that the error was caused when I upgraded my site to the latest OSC version. I had to install the random order number contribution. Then go into the database and change the order_id for all orders in several different tables, this is very time consuming but I could not get any advice on how to stop this error from occuring. As far as the missing order, I never found it but it has not happened again.

Thanks, Rickey
