1800prepare Posted December 1, 2008 Share Posted December 1, 2008 Our site had to be upgraded last month due to a database failure and now when you try to checkout and click "confirm order", the page goes blank. Everything else seems to be working fine, hence why we never noticed it until a customer emailed us. When the server was upgraded, the php went from php4 to php5. I'm going to assume this may have something to due with it. I did not build the site, nor do I have extensive knowledge of PHP or osCommerce. With this being the holiday season, we really need our site fully functioning ASAP. The website is www.1800prepare.com and the osCommerce is version 2.2-MS2.
