Have you read Basics for Design and the two topics pinned in this forum?

Hi Jan

Thanks for your reply. Here is my problem:

My ISP has uploaded OsCommerce to our server. It uses cPanel. I can get to cpanel but after that I am confused/struggling. As a newbie the real help I need is for someone to take a look and and tell me how I myself can get there. my website is

www.ktllogistics.co.uk and if you look at the 'Home' page you can see I have made a little progress but getting to /catalog/ etcetera etcetra is causing me great anxiety...could you help me with this?

If you download and install and use an ftp program (such as filezilla) it will make more sense.

If you installed in your root directory you do not have/need a directory called catalog.

In fact there are hundreds of posts asking how toget rid of it.
