renuka_sachdev@hotmail.com Posted November 29, 2008 Share Posted November 29, 2008 Hi , When i open a website and select the payment mathod and after that it will go to checkout process, sometimes it will redirect again to checkout_payment and again i will try it will generate the order but after that i will go to index page and tried to do add to cart and it will display" your cart is empty" because my previous session of cart is exist.. Pls let me why the sessions are not generatef and cleared properly... but the same site is running on subdomain of the main domain, its wrking fine at subdomain... no issues.....with the subdomain, Thanks and Regards Renuka Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
