NewBudda Posted November 29, 2008 Posted November 29, 2008 I have a couple of customers who registered but did not purchase anything. Is there a way to find out what they had in the baskets and at what point they broke the purchase off? I know Google Analytics could do show me at what point they left, but I have not (yet) manage to get GA working behind https. Anyway i dont think it could tell me what the customers had in their baskets... Any ideas? Open Source Newsletter: PhPList Open Source Questionnaire: Lime Survey

WoodsWalker Posted November 29, 2008 Posted November 29, 2008 Yepp, I recommend Supertracker, too - just remember to dump the data from it every so often, since it saves a line in the database for every visit, and fills up fast (that is, if you have traffic B) )
