Street Address: Post Code: Town/City: Country: My Customer has requested that it has some additional fields, so would look more like.. Address line 1: Address line 2: Town/County: Country: Post Code: This would require an additional field in this form (and also in the edit account details section) Can anyone help direct me in how to do this?
