Altering text on payment checkout page

I would like to alter the bold text on the checkout_payment.php page that says "Secure Credit Card Payment" in the payment method box to something else. Where is the php file with this text located so I can edit it? Thanks in advance.

Yes I looked at this file its the line "Secure Credit Card Payment" I can't find. I even looked in the admin files. Maybe I'm not looking hard enough but any pointers would be most appreciated.
