cyrene
At one time, I was able to send out HTML newsletters from the Administrator; but no longer. I did have phpMailer4osC_v1 and simple visitor newsletter v2.1 installed. At that point in time, I could get HTML out if I used the settings "sendmail" and "use MIME HTML" in my configuration. If I tried "use MIME HTML" with "SMTP", then I got bad HTML code (something to do with text wrapping and carriage returns). While trying to work on this problem, I somehow messed up the fallback that worked (sendmail). SO.....I uninstalled the mods and went back to the original files. Now - NO HTML at all. What I get is the message headers reprinted in the body of the email no matter how I change my settings. And I have no idea where I need to start to get a workable fix - either non-garbled HTML with SMTP, or any semblance of HTML with SENDMAIL. In my late night paranoia, I even began to wonder if my web host somehow changed the sendmail configuration. (I am a total noob at this so i do not even know if this is possible). Can someone point me in the right direction? Thanks in advanece!
