Get rid of the drop down menu

Hi all newbie here!

I would like to know how I can get rid of the drop down menu, you know so all my categories are visible at once?

Well, the catergories should not be clickable but the links under should be, like this:

 

For example...

 

T-shirt´s (not clickable)

short sleeve (clickable)

long sleeve (clickable)

 

and so on....
