html code visible on the about us page

I was trying to get my newly installed ssl cert to work, and following the advice on this forum, I changed some permissions and seemed to have messed something up. when you go to my website, to the About Us page, the html code appears at the top of the page. Looks like this:

Does anyone know how I can fix this?
