harry007 Posted November 21, 2008 Share Posted November 21, 2008 HI I have 2 postage charges set up, anything under £50 has a £4.99 shipping cost added to it. Most the time it works perfectly but occasionally the costs are missed off. This seems to happen when a user is half way through the checkout process and they go 'back' or similar then when continuing with the checkout process the postage page is missed completely and the costs omitted can anyone help please? thanks Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
